Pardon me, but this change has nothing to do with upgrading to 2.3.1.

Previous version was made by me in r309076, it fixed whitespace bugs and
provided better description text.  Now it was changed for no good reason,
made right margin ragged, and dismissed double space after periods that
we usually adhere to in FreeBSD.  That said, I'd appreciate if you revert
pkg-descr change, thank you.

Also please don't forget that Kato's patches are often full of unrelated
noise, and should never be committed as-is without proper review and
cherry-picking.
