Thanks Jonathan, that's helpful.  For some reason the only file I had 
found with anything related was ..src/contrib/sendmail/RELEASE_NOTES.

BTW, any reason why the doc files above don't seem to make it out of 
the src directory?  Is that normal?

Does the fact that I'm not retrieving "doc-all" with my src have 
anything to do with it?
