What is your preferred way to upgrade a FreeBSD machine ?

My server is running 2.2-960501-SNAP, and I'm thinking about switching to
960612-SNAP.
Is sysinstall smart enough to handle this ?
I've seen an option 'Upgrade a 2.0.5 system': is it appropriate in my case?

Any opinion is really appreciated.

Angelo
