Subject:   httpd can't start

Hi, I got my httpd and other binaries created under your people's
help.  I put httpd_conf in /etc and set the server path to where
is located in httpd_conf, then I have /etc/rc to invoke httpd
daemon, but it can't start.  When I try running it from command line,
The following messages are returned:
