Maybe this is related to #194612, but im not using portsnap

Steps to reproduce

1. Download FreeBSD ISO
2. Check checksum
3. Burn ISO
4. Check checksum
5. Install FreeBSD from checksum checked DVD
6. login into fresh, clean installation
7. run freebsd-update fetch

Exptected Result:
Fetching updates

Actual Result:
# freebsd-update fetch

a3ce5d4f5814528d98106113848eac4df0792078a95e75c85bd05844a9147654 has incorrect
hash.
