I'll remove the RESTRICTED and NO_INTERACTIVE and add a note * saying ``Be sure to read ...'' in the install target and the PLIST. You can do it in pkg/REQ, and call it from pre-install. Look at editors/e93 for an example. But no need to ask for the response though, that one was a much scarier license (about making sure our users are made aware of the license, etc...the acroread license just asks us to include the license, not to shove it down the users' throats).
