Hi!

I am in process of optimizing perfomace of a server, which is
all-in-one (apache, qmail, mysql). I wonder if some software
can loose functionality if i use --noatime option for mounting
the filesystems.

The only case i could think of is mbox, which keep all
messages in one file and then some plain pop3 server
uses atime to show "You have new mail". But i am using
qmail which keeps each message in a separate file.

Any idea what could suffer?

Best regards,
Artem
