Yes.  They actually work quite well - there's a guy in the US (whose name
temporarily escapes me) who's cut a nice fast Z80 emulator and wrapped
emulation for the various older consoles around it.

You can pop the ROMs from your old favories in the ol' rom-sucker and
dump the images onto disk, or you can tap into the healthy underground
movement that's distributing old images from deceased products.

About the only gripe I have is that they only support 8-bit colour,
and I loathe 8-bit colour.
