Start bugging the same person who imported the port.  There's only one
set of commit privileges in FreeBSD, so anybody who can commit a port
can also commit to the base system.

(Whoever this has been: import the original RIPE stuff onto a vendor
branch, please.  Contact me if you don't know how to do this.  It
makes tracking the outside source easier, wrt. FreeBSD changes.)
