No.  Post replies where they belong.  *That* saves scrolling.  If you
put a reply some distance from the text to which it refers, it's
difficult to see the correlation.  Putting them before the text to
which they refer, rather than after, is also the wrong way round.  If
the text is still there, it should be intended to be read, so you'll
need to scroll anyway.
