The previous bumped package of xtide (= 2.15.2_1) was built successfully on
the builders.

The updated harmonics file has new datasets and is also slightly larger than
the previous version which also leads to changed contents of the xtide
package.

So I bumped the PORTREVISION to indicate that the package has new content.

Maybe I should have described this a little more precise in the commit log.
