SSH-1.99-OpenSSH_2.9 FreeBSD localisations 20020307

This is what you should see if you are running the corrected sshd.

The "localisations 20020307" marks this version as being corrected, meaning
they didn't update the default version of openssh to 3.1, they just patched
the version that is currently being used.

/usr/src/crypto/openssh
