Thanks. It's kind of funny at times how often an answer shows up just after I send out the question... (isn't there an option to sendmail that can take care of that -- something like -dssqusac for don't-send-stupid-question-until-scan-ahead-complete with a heuristic search/scan to check for the answer in the next howevermany messages) Lee
