No, I still use linux_base-7.

Anyway I tried following step.

1. /usr/local/etc/rc.d/rtc stop
2. Deinstall rtc
3. Reboot
4. Install rtc again
5. Reboot
6. Install vmware3

And everything works fine now. Thanks.
