You're going to have to hack /etc/dhclient-script to achieve the
result you want.   Keep a backup, because when you install new
versions of the Internet Software Consortium DHCP distribution, this
file will be overwritten.   In 3.0, I'll try to remember to put some
code into the client scripts to include an /etc/dhclient-script.local
so that you don't have to keep doing this.
