Is this Apache 2.0.35, or 1.x.x?  I have just updated to the new stable 
release, which is 2.0.35, and none of the mod_*'s will work (perl, ssl, 
php).  I was wondering if this is what you are trying, or is this a seperate 
problem altogether.
