fix: make mongodb version conditional on OSVERSION

Mongodb34 does not build with openssl 1.1.x in 12.0. (See PR 230698)
So unifi5 does not work anymore also.
Fixing mongodb34 does not seam so trivial.
Running unifi5 on mongodb36 would be the easy route forward.
Any objections? I am aware Ubiquity advises mongodb 3.4 in their release no=
tes.
