Well, the subject says it already: I am looking for an elegant
solution to enabling/disabling the remote printer daemons at insertion
and removal of the ethernet pccard.

Before going at it myself, I was wondering if anyone else has already
been there and done that and does things like considering all remote
printers in /etc/printcap and other niceties.
