Right, I forgot to mention the FreeBSD versions. The one that got bge 
watchdog timeouts is running FreeBSD 10.0-STABLE r262238 amd64. Another 
one, that got no timeouts (but is running with AFS/MSI off) is running 
FreeBSD 10.0-RC2 r259449 amd64.
