Fixed, in revision 1.4.

% echo el_GR.ISO8859-7/Makefile | checkupdate
el_GR.ISO8859-7/Makefile rev. 1.4
    1.7        -> NONE        en_US.ISO8859-1/Makefile.bogus (MISSING)
