The SGML file is in ~jraynard/sgml on freefall and the HTML is at
http://www.freebsd.org/~jraynard/ports/ports.html (at least they
should be by the time you read this).

"Revised" is a slight misnomer as I've re-written it almost completely
from scratch (sorry Gary and Jordan!).
