(If I had known it existed prior to your message, I'd have suggested removing it sooner.) First, we don't need an entity for something that's used once, or even twice, in the tree, and second, we don't need to put every entity in a separate file. If we do need the entity, it could go in freebsd.ent. I guess when someone created it they imagined that newsgroups would end up as popular and widely used as mailing list (for FreeBSD matters), which seems not to be the case.
