Maybe the logon failed due to authorization-failures due to wrong sppp-settings on isppp0 due to no setup of isppp0 at boot time or something else. Here are really details needed: How do you ifconfig your isppp0 ? How do you setup your isppp0 with spppcontrol ? > There are no spppcontrol calls before the one I do > manually, or is there something I've overlook (inetd and > rc.* have no spppcontrol entries) AFAIK /etc/rc.conf has no spppcontrol-calls (i am running 2.2.6). Maybe you are calling /etc/rc.isdn somewhere else at boottime.
