Thank you, thank you, thank you! I had used a hard-link from the JRE's
libjavaplugin_oji.so to the Mozilla plugin directory, and that was
causing the problem. Changing it to a symbolic link means that I can
now look at http://java.sun.com without Mozilla dying.
