When I build boost or sqlite threaded, monotone will crash with core dump. messages are

terminate called after throwing an instance of '__gnu_cxx::__concurrence_lock_error'

1) build sqlite and/or boost with threads support. 
2) build monotone (there're only NLS config option)
3) run `mtn db init --db=some_db_name`
