Do values.h and limits.h need to be combined? I noticed that in values.h, it
contains the following warning

#warning "this file includes <values.h> which is obsoleted, use <limits.h>
or <float.h> instead"

Yet in limits.h, there is no MAXINT, or are we supposed to use MAX_INT?

thanks
Sameer
