Yes it did and when I started on sysinstall I copied out of fdisk because
I intended for sysinstall to be the main source for this stuff and to re-write
fdisk to use the sysinstall code. Then, somewhere along the line we ended up
with two copies probably because of the way me and Poul hacked on the code
at the same time.

Anyway, we need somewhere central for this information.
