TCP/IP Ilustrated, Volume 2 by Richard Stevens and Gary Wright is
probaly you best bet.  It actually documents 4.4BSD and things have
diverged a fair bit sense then, but with the source as a guide, you can
learn quite a bit just by trying to figure out the differences.
