However it doesn't actually say how to then create a bootable cd image! I'm assuming the boot strap used is /boot/cdboot, but what other settings are used when creating the bootable cd image? Also does anyone know how to create one using OSX? It doesn't have mkisofs but hdiutil can create all sorts of images, including iso, however it seems to create joilet extensions differently and the filenames are all uppercase.. Thanks!
