Get a hold of the Complete FreeBSD 3rd Ed.  Page 65 gives the
instructions.  You need the kernel floppy and the MFSroot floppy in
addition to 9 3 1/2" flopies to fit the entire bin directory.
If you can't get a hold of the book, I will scan the pages and send them
to you.  Hope that helps,
