Most of this CoC https://www.freebsd.org/internal/code-of-conduct.html is overdoing problems, let alone that the reporting instructions are a bit overdone or unnecessary. "simulated physical contact (e.g., textual descriptions like "*hug*"" "If you believe anyone is in physical danger, please notify appropriate law enforcement first." However, it's just wasting time to question it. IMO it makes more sense to ignore this zeitgeist.
