First explictly allow transmission on the interface in question, and 
deny everything else.  Additionally, you probably want to keep state 
within the ruleset as well.

ipfw add <some_num> allow tcp from any to me 22 in via <interface>
ipfw add <some_num+2> deny tcp from any to me 22
