 * Actually "sysutils" is the better place.  This port reports system
 * utilitization.  Simular to xosview, xsysstats, xsysinfo.  Some of these
 * also gives network utilizations.

Yeah, but this is a network-only tool.

This is clearly a case of a port being in two categories, let's not
get too worked up about it.
