hi!

i changed my default shell to pdksh from the ports, but it that it creates
a file called bb.out (the largest i have found yet was 66 mb) in every
directory i used it.

the file looks like this:

Basic block profiling finished on Mon Jun 5 17:43:29 2000

File /usr/ports/shells/pdksh/work/pdksh-5.2.14/tree.d, 331 basic blocks

    Block # 1: executed 1 time(s) address= 0x80715f0 function= <none>
    Block # 2: executed 1 time(s) address= 0x80715f6 function= ptree
    Block # 3: executed 2 time(s) address= 0x807161e function= ptree

.....

many many lines like these more.

has anybody an idea how this could be turned off?

Philipp
