>Description:
make install ksh93 from most recent ports tree as of 28 June 2006
make completes without any obvious errors
when using this ksh93, any non built in command (ls, pwd, cd, etc)
causes program termination and core dump
other software on system (sendmail, freeradius, squid, pdksh, bash, mutt, etc)
  have no problems
had identical problem with the ports tree that came with the v6.1 iso
  disk images
ksh93 runs perfectly using the same ports tree on a v5.4 system
