Only I did it with a 486 first, with just 260MB hard drive, which is not big enough really. The computer was fine however, so anything above a 486 with a decent (for them days) sized hard drive would do you fine. The 486 hummed along under my stairs for months, and had a fantastic uptime until someone unplugged it to vacuum :+) Just replaced it with a more decent computer though, and I'm gonna try xwindows soon....
