Hmm, I'm not sure what's the rationale for this. For all I know, there may 
be copyright, license, policy, or other non-technical reasons for doing 
this. However, it looks inconsistent with the way other imported stuff is 
handled. Eg, to look at the newstyle rc(8) manpage, I can specify I'm 
interested in FreeBSD5.1 instead of asking for NetBSD manpages.

What am I missing? (besides humility, that is. :-) )
