_sb is your hint it's in the soundblaster driver.  You probably forgot to
add something, so let's take a look...

> device sb0      at isa? port 0x220 irq 5 drq 1 vector sbintr
> #device sbxvi0   at isa? drq 5
> #device sbmidi0  at isa? port 0x330

Yup.  You forgot to add 'controller snd0' before this section.  Modify
your kernel config and try again.
