I have recently upgraded to 3.1-release from 2.2.8-stable. I'm not sure if anon ftp worked since the upgrade or not, but it did prior to the upgrade. Now when I try to connect via anonymous ftp, I get the following messages: 550 Can't set guest privileges. ftp: Login failed.
