The relevant part of the card is the chipset it uses. So have a look and
tell us the name you will find on it.

Also you can feed some search engine with the name of your card, to look,
if you will find some description of the jumpers. With ISA you have to
avoid both IRQ and address conflicts, so this is really important to setup
correctly.
