Hi,

at a client's site I'm running 'natd' quite fine on an 'older'
2.2.5-based system.
Currently I'm trying out a similar configuration on an
2.2-stable (from 98/08/19, kernel and userland) with no success
so far.
It seems, that 'natd' (or the underlying libalias) gets something
really wrong?
This happens (simplified):

diverting ipfw-rule: divert natd log ip from 192.168.100.0/24 to any
'de0' is configured (as long as the system exists) to a valid ip-address.

# natd -v -interface de0
> In  [ICMP] 192.168.100.2 -> 194.97.69.190 aliased to
             192.168.100.2 -> 194.97.69.190

All 'diverted' packets are translated to their very own real
'source address'.

Any hints?

TIA,
   Andreas
