I'm saying just for ports, not for kernel binary compatibility, ports
system just has support for 6.4+, so compat4x and compat5x will be
certainly removed one of these days.

compat3x was marked as DEPRECATED and had an EXPIRATION_DATE set for 2
months, and during this time, nobody complained about it.

Users who want compat3x can checkout Attic from ports collection cvs
server and install the port.
