la_LN.ISO8859-1 is the old Latin locale, which is no longer installed. =
Copying over locale files from a stable/10 host works, but I=E2=80=99m =
confused as to why a bunch of locales weren=E2=80=99t ported over in =
their non-UTF-8 forms.
