You can't! ide-scsi emulation is a term from the Linux world (although
I've not had much to do with Linux, so I cannot tell you more). However, I
guess you have an ATAPI CD burner and want to burn a CD. This can still be
done under FreeBSD: simply have a look at the burncd command (man burncd).
