Thanks, Scott.  The battery is a very good point and I noticed that HP doesn't
offer an extra battery on their store site.  That got my attention.  I have
an idea that the Trident chip should work with a little tweaking.  I haven't
actually checked xfree86-4.1 only 4.0.
