IMO, this file should be removed completely.  It is old, crufty, and
excessively outdated.  In this case, I think providing no info at all is
better than providing info that's completely useless because it's so
old.  With that in mind, does anyone object to me removing this?  If I
don't hear anything either way within 24 hrs, I'll assume that no one
cares and remove it.
