There are several installed ports that have no +REQUIRED_BY file, or it's
empty, and I'm wondering if that means it's OK to delete them?

Some are things that I would have never been downloaded knowingly, that is
they were probably downloaded as dependencies. But is there any chance that
a dependency still exists even though no +REQUIRED_BY file exists?
