This is not what the findings say. Judge Jackson says -- and he's correct -- that
Netscape enabled the production of cross-platform software, thus threatening
Microsoft's Windows monopoly.

True.

Jackson has also pointed out that Microsoft attempted to manipulate PC manufacturers
and their markets by charging them different prices. This is a blatant violation of
the Robinson-Patman act and could trigger serious penalties.
