Hi,

i tried to set up NIS on an 3.4-stable
NIS-Server works on a 4.1-stable...
When calling ypbind on the client machine, no broadcasts are seen
on the net.
nisdomain is set.
If called with option --ypset and server is set with ypset
master server is found and nis works fine....

Is there a special option to set ?
Or how can i debug the problem...

any hints are wellcome ;)
