'hfa' needs a commit to catch up with some changes arr made to sys/netatm.

'hea' needs me to sit down and write a newbus PCI frontend as it currently
use the COMPAT_PCI_DRIVER stuff, which doesn't work (not present any
longer in -CURRENT.)
